corruption in airlines
hi guys these thread is to tell reality of aviation these days ............
now a days it is very difficult to get in aviation(india) for a new maintenance engineer guy without any person he knows inside at big position or by giving huge amount of money.resumes r just thrown up to dustbin after every 15 days and now lot of new guys got unemplyed that they just left this field and started there own work.
pls give some views of your country how the position of new maintenance enginers there.
