I agree with you CT&GO they are trying to change it so that you can,t count the arrival & departure days was aware of that. Every case is treated different as i,m sure you are aware.
Best advice is to either go see an accountant or pop into the Inland Revenue office & tell them what you are doing at the start, rather than do what somepeople have tried & fallen foul of the rules.Then have to face the I.Revenue in the future.
If you use an accountant it usually costs between £400 & £600 a year well worth it for a piece of mind.
