...what a shame, they didnt lay down the red carpet, there was no special service included in your accomodation, no relaxing massage given to you before they put you in the sim and finally they didnt transport you with one of their more than 130 shiny business jets between your home and farnborough ??? Oh my dear, alot of stuff for our next T&C's improvement, thanks for your feedback !!!!
