If we've really lost all these Eastern European routes, then it's time Cork airport bent over backwards to replace them. They should be lobbying Wizzair day and night to base a plane in Cork. Warsaw, Wroclaw, Katowice, Gdansk and Budapest would definitely keep a based aircraft busy.
Normally a route only qualifies for reduced fees if it's a new route or if it hasn't been operated in more than year. Cork airport will need to relax this "if it hasn't been operated in more than a year" rule if they're anyway serious about replacing the lost routes
