The Medical will be checked with a
manual BP checker and not an
electronic one, start eating foods in moderation with plenty of potassium in them i.e Bananas, Potatoes veg and fruit and try and exercise as much as you can. This all helps!
The electronic ones will help and do work but take it to your docs first for him/her to calibrate it for you!
