Multicrew qualifications

PPLs generally cannot fly for reward. CPLs can.

What happens when a private plane needing two pilots, like Learjet or above, operates under Part 91?

Someone who is not flying for reward, like the owner, can fly under PPL, provided that there are all the necessary ratings on it (IFR rating, multiengine, turbine, multicrew... and pilot-in-command and type ratings) - correct?

But a hired other pilot has to have CPL to be hired for anything.

So, does it mean that a plane could have a crew where Captain/Pilot in Command is PPL because, as owner, not flying for hire, while the second officer is a CPL qualified hired professional?

What does this do to crew resource management?
