alghazal is right. A freind of mine is a new hire, has been at EY for 3 months and has just done his first flight while his family is stuck in a hotel room at a hotel surrounded by prostitutes 24hrs a day.
Pilots are pressured every day to extend their duty period illegally by managers who aren't even familiar with the rules in the ops manuals, or maybe their english isn't good enough to fully understand them
