So did Kerry Provis take the casting couch when he left, or did he hand that over to the next Chief Pilot?

So no one knows how many hours IBJ finished up with? Last time I saw he was flying the Caravan on the Bathurst Island run and enjoying life in general and studying is ATPL's.

I think from memory Gorge Washington was one of first civilian pilots to land a landplane on Lord Howe Island when the strip opened in 1977. Somewhere Connair/Connellan Airways leased or operated a Heron on the run for some time.
