Spot on with the "kinda"! Btw. it is quite "funny" to listen to 737 F/O's who feels more qualified to move to 57 than F50 F/O's. So they already flew a jet = transition is less "painfull" but hey; 99% of them came from a Piper Seneca or similar before "getting" a jetjob... 99% of the Fokker F/O's has a previous career in G/A...
