I hope you are not serious about going to Newark.
With all of the delays there you will wish you had gone to TEB.
Also stay away from LGA and JFK.
A good alternate to TEB is HPN. It is only a 35 to 40 minute drive to the city and it is business jet friendly.
As for US Customs/TSA, you have it totally wrong if you think they are rude and arrogant only to Europeans. They are rude and arrogant to everyone. (Americans included) The best customs and immigration officers are the Canadians
