Don't worry about the medical... the staff at Gatwick are very friendly, you don't have to wear a dressing gown and no one will snap on a pair of latex gloves and do scary things to you.
If you get the nurse I got for the ECG then your heart rate might be a little higher. This is normal- she was an absolute fox.
