I flew into MME the other day and got chatting with a couple of former colleagues. I was told that Aviance are looking at closing MME and are in talks with Servisair about transferring their current operation to them.
This is a blow and having a monopoly handling agent would not be good in my opinion. If Aviance do shut up shop I would like to see someone like Menzies come along and take over.
Any more information on this would be appreciated.
