Not presuming to be as intelligent as the great Einstein in our ranks burning the "Midnight Oil", I would suggest that we all know "Management" is a wind up.
What he sais is provocative but it's also a bit too close to the bone and extremely repetative and tedious.
He makes us aware of our own limitations which isn't very clever if he really is an executive (I don't think he is).
I certainly agree that we shouldn't be taking him too seriously. After all we don't want to be fired do we?
