Just recently got invited to interview at AHK. Apparently upgrade is about 3 years. Which is great for a wide body! Pay maybe peanuts to you guys but it sure is a RAISE for me, flying for a regional in the U.S making 23 000 per year!
Don't look at the negatives. Every company has them. Instead I look at HKG and SIN as another chapter in my life.
