I was never paid a training allowance and as far as I know, allowances are only paid if you are training away from base. This would not be the case for someone someone based at WW training at LHR.
I've never been a paid an allowance for:
Ad-hoc Manual Handling Training
Recurrent SEP
OOF
I was however paid an allowance for my FIRST training as this was held at Waterside and I was LGW based.
I am happy to be corrected if something has changed recently. I go out of my way to help people on here and I do not appreciate being disrespected on an open forum.
