JAR OPS TAF Prob forecasts
A thread concluding in 2005 explained the system of interpreting Prob 30/40 tempo info in TAFs.

I have seen a sheet with the explanation, but need a printout. Have been through JAR Ops Part 1 and cannot find it. Not all Ops Manuals have this information.

Anyone have a link please?
