Probably sounds silly, but has it occured to anyone that the reason the Ryanair folks are not unionized is that they are perfectly happy with the way they are being treated?
Maybe it's just me, but most people here in the states seem to have a very high tolerance for just about anything dished out by their employers,
except controllers, especially when they let them fly big new jets.
