Am a bit too lazy to add it all up this time in the evening, but roughly we have about 12 days off
pr month in a pattern where the month hits 2 periods of 3 days off, one of 4 days off and then half an off periode into the next roster.
On top is the 28 days allocated leave
pr year, but that can give ok if you put it right. 5 days off gives 12 in effect as you will have 4+3 days on each side.
Not so bad compared to many other places
