Sorry Flinty, I was not dragging you anywhere, merely suggesting that you accidentally hit the nail on its proverbial head as it turns out!! Are you psychic maybe?
Either way, it appears that they have lost a lot of pilots recently and noticing that they are constantly advertising for more, things are not looking good there at the moment. Maybe if they listen to the people at the bottom of the food chain (their pilots) they might have a fighting chance. I imagine they could be a very good company again if the management and bean counters will allow it. Seems like they have to gain a lot of faith and trust first though.
