Remember that in ezy its NOT 5453 for the entire year. We also have 2.4 (?) months of random rostering, or "reserve period" as Orange world likes to call it. I tell you, there is NOTHING "reserve" about these months.....expect 80+ hrs on random rostering, only guarantee, minimum that is, is 7 (or is it 8? too tired to think clear) days off... I know some bases are a bit better then this but dont hold your breath. Heard a rumour that the roster system has been "twigged" lately to increase hrs/pilot ratio... Did they not learn their mistakes two summers ago??!?!
