A rostered duty starting and finishing at home base can only be changed if it 'fits' in the following time frame: original report minus 2 hours and original end of duty + 2 hours.. If it does go outside even by 5 minutes, you can choose if you want to do it or not. no questions asked. This is great for roster stability!
