See what you mean - I was just saying that even though their is no conflict man crew are still very unhappy with scheduling agreement. pay award, pay off etc etc so morale is low.
Just out of interest why do flybe crew feel they should have a payoff? I doubt any of them have lost up to a weeks holiday, free confirmed long haul flights for years of service - as far as I can see they have only gained since the merger
