Not broken, they have used different aircraft out of the total 14 depending on the lease status.
Today there are 11 in service with another 3 in Adelaide. Soon to be 2.
There is no shortage of pilots applying for positions and to date only a few have left.
A few have applied, accepted and then been offered better positions some where else.
If some pilots did leave conditions may improve. Until pilots stop accepting jobs they are not happy with, then not much will change. Simple
