Great school, bad location. It's a little far from all the training places (Glenn Valley-ish), circuits will be a bother when you first start, especially with the lahso, 800ft circuits, 5+ people in the circuit, impatient atc..
If you don't mind waiting to take off every time, then it's a fine airport too.
