I would like to add next countries to this list: Croatia, Serbia/Montenegro, Greece, Turkey.
It seems that south Europe HRDs work better job if HRD anywhere in the world works properly.
I know that it is little bit strange but all those countries are in better position than Norther Europe ANSPs even they faced more problems at the beginning of story. Because NE ANSPs could find easily people, at first language issue, than more traffic/ more opportunity for training ,more money for investment and so on. really this issue for me is strange.
