Can I just add, if you were crew on the inbound day flight from DXB that diverted to STN - you did a superb job. Perfectly judged, regular announcements, and the flightdeck out of hours but elected to continue at discretion
. Painful ordeal with another 2 hrs between eventual LHR touchdown and de-planing. And yet a cabin full of happy, smiling thankful passengers - what other airline could do that?
