My company still uses the paper manuals for the time being but is in the process of transitioning to CDs..so actually now we have both which is fantastic..paper books to read at home, and the cds on the laptop to read when one is away without the need to carry the books.
The company gets a cd with the updates from airbus and it is then distributed to the crews
