How do you receive your manuals?
We send our Operations and FCOM (and FCTM) out on disc to crew.
We have only just started doing this but it cuts down on cost and time. Rather than each member of crew receiving 5-6 manuals, they get one CD with everything they need. They have, of course, complained that reading info on a computer screen is much harder than reading it face to face with a hard copy.
So how does your airline operate with regards to the issue of hard copies of manuals?
If, for some reason, you can't view the contents of your disc then we even publish our manuals (+notacs etc) on our Intranet system and they can be printed off.
