It's threads like this that cause further divides - you should ask yourself Balewa, are you helping things, or making them worse? I don't see how further polarising people, and making some poor pilot who happens to be an 'Expat' flying into Nigeria take flak from ATC or ground authorities is going to help change the perception people have about Nigeria. You'll just make things worse.
I can only suggest a more welcoming approach. It's only when people are pleasantly surprised will they go home thinking, 'Maybe I was wrong about that place, they're a nice bunch of people', and get others to change their minds. The fact of the matter is, peoples exposure to Nigerians in other countries is often a negative influence. Why don't you do what you can to change that, instead of attacking people? It's your choice...
