According to QF ground staff at Karratha, 10 people spent the night at Karratha Airport recently because of B737 break down.
Still doesn't change the problem. NJS missed the work due to crew shortage I believe.
So doing away with crap pay scales and attracting more pilots might be step in the right direction.
