No probs,happy to help, but my explanation not d best.
I am no longer with QF so I have no idea how they select their 380 guys.
Just my opinion, but logically for me the 1st guys wud b older with MA/Extensions, easy to convert them to B1.
Follow them up with some younger guys after they have completed Part 66 conversion.
But QF don't make logical decisions anymore.
