Can only speak for UAL - our standard acceleration/noise abatement altitude is 800' AGL unless specifically otherwise specified - i.e. ICAO profile in Europe 1500 thrust redux/3000 acceleration or John Wayne SNA which is a complete law unto itself

I dont believe JFK specifies ICAO profile - like Chicago they want you to get the hell out of there and accelerate!
