Assuming you have a PPL, Night Qualification and the experience, you need to sit the exams first and this must be done through an approved training provider. That actually goes for all the training you do. You then have a choice of IR or CPL with the other to follow. Somewhere in there you need to fit in the MEP (although this needs to be before the IR) and the MCC is the last part.
