They say these won't help your score - the folks who developed the software probably worked a lot on getting rid of experience effects - but they may just give u a bit of familiarity with the type of test.
For phase 3 if they want you to re-try it is probably because they thing u have a decent chance of making it through.
For phase 4 they said to take it as a lesson....so listen to what the instructor wants you to do and it will be a very enjoyable and not difficult test....actually it was really a blast i did not want the test to end
