I would definately recommend practicing your maths (basic arithmetic) - not only for the maths test, but also when you get to the bit where they do a 'countdown' and you have to work out if the difference has changed! If you haven't done maths for ages, its amazing how that bit of your brain stops working!
The other stuff is hard to practice, maybe play with a flightsim and get your handeye coordination going.
Oh and don't arrive tired!

Hi Elbiot - I have my stage 4 on 17th too! hope to see you there, good luck with stage 3 - try and enjoy it, hard to imagine but its not as scary as it seems, just speak honestly about why you want to be there the day after!
