Not too good. A couple of us are old military guys (even a Canadian Herk guy) got on, a few of us centerline thrust only too BUT, the company does demand guys with 320 (330, 340 etc) time and type for Captains. What the shortage will bring - your guess is as good as mine. But combat in 105s does not count.
