VH-OGD had engine failure on take-off/initial climb and had an air-turnback to Perth on Monday evening. Debris from engine damaged the inboard aileron immediately behind. Engine and aileron to be changed. New engine taken to Perth from Sydney on 747 freighter tuesday.
