Can someone please tell me whether it is true that BA won't let you start until all references are in? I have quite a few from when I was studying years ago and also when temping and casual work etc??
have previously worked for two airlines and they had no problems getting my references etc but I was allowed to do the training whilst they sorted my references out.
I'm not worried about the last two years because I have been in the same job but I am worried about the previous 3 years and hearing about how disorganised BA are, I hope they get my references in time. I will personally chase them up myself if I have to.
