OK ... so I take it if you do a tax return as a freelancer or for other business reasons when already on PAYE you just add the FRE's to it. And as for the note regarding uniforms you can claim upto the (£850) whole amount for taking your uniform to the dry cleaners and getting a receipt
I do actually need to do an E-Tax return for the first time for other (business) reasons but this is a first for me so please excuse my ignorance.
