Best place for grade 3 instructors
G'day. I am currently at Moorabbin completing my CPL with NVFR, and I should finish the course in February. Then I am going for a Grade 3 Instructor rating, so I was wondering what is the best place for a junior instructor to get that desired first job, or if you wish, what is the place with the greatest shortage. Another question is if nowdays with the current situation a person must get the rating at the school he is planning to work for, or if schools accept instructors trained elsewhere.
