SMOC..I've done the same,spoken to FO's and SO's on my flights and one can only hope that more guys/gals will 'see the light' and stop working on their G's...
And for goodness sake..if you really HAVE to work on your G's..check the proffering board out..plenty of flights available..handsome amounts of money to be made AND you'll be helping out a mate
