class 1 renewal

hi guys and girls,

currently have a class 1 medical which has lapsed the 1 year and defaulted to a class 2.
anyone know how stringent the renewal is and does it include the same in depth vision and hearing test as the initial down at scary house.
i.e do they have the same type hearing booth with the headset, or is it quiet speech from the other side of the room like the class 2.

anyone know how much the class 1 revalidation is?
