I notice you're an Airbus pilot from your profile, why can't you just let what ever your issue is with T3 go and get on with your life...you seem to be doing ok, if indeed you are one of those chaps who can be happy with their lot and not one of those who will never be happy whatever their doing!
I flew turboprops for 3 years before I did the jet thing and I look back with huge fondness of my time on the Saab340 and would not have changed any of it...I would say, you need to get your head straight, cos you've reached the bitter and twisted stage about 30 years early!
