Divorce is unfortunate in this business. However, I know a lot of guys who've been in the company a good few years have a very happy and stable family life. It is a challenge, it doesn't suit every one and does take a fair bit of work to make it work.
(I don't have kids but that's not because of Netjets Europe)

The tax depends on what country you're living in but the tax situation has been recently reviewed. I am not sure if it's been fully signed off yet. (on holidays)
