It is NOT FLIGHT PAY it is instead of giving you crew food, it is a food allowance.
Try getting a well balanced nutritional meal for that...
Plymouth is not cheap to live, unless you choose to live in some really Shi**y areas
They only see you staying for two years, so you give them LOTS of money when you leave.
I think this is the most expensive Bond I have ever heard of...
Crap T&Cs but lovely people involved in the Flying. SH should sell it to someone who cares about the Airline
