Holding interviews in London or wherever it may be for flightdeck crew is only normal in the aviation industry for an airline, and especially for Arik airlines and our growth expectations.
Let me explain Scoteros, you see Sir, with the influx of CV's we receive from pilots engineers and all that, it is only right that we do entertain these applications received, afterall we do have adds running for most of if not all these positions and have an obligation to fullfill by at least responding to them or actually inviting applicants who we think are close to what we are looking for to an interview.
That is what is going to happen in the UK.
Regarding foreign Pilots, please understand that a number of the flightdeck crew coming in for interview in the UK are actually Nigerians, its amazing but the number of Nigerians who are professionals in the aviation industry and residing abroad is quite impressive.
