Just to point out that Vilnius is not the worst place on Earth; if anyone around here plans on a career in BT, by all means make sure that you will be based in Vilnius.
Also, the BT salary is quite sufficient for maintaining a highly pleasant lifestyle in Vilnius, maybe except for the first 200 hrs after line training, as the salary for this period has changed lately.
That said, BT is a place you stop by to get the experience you need for a "proper" job, as T&Cs in general is substandard in the industry. But the company has positive sides - for my own part, I can only give positive comments to former colleagues in Vilnius, who made the entire stay there a pleasant experience.
