(( GF has a surplus of pilots. Can anyone believe that? Unheard of in the ME or the world for that matter.

Couple of days ago, a Captain was called from days off to fly. What surplus of pilots?
Does that mean pilots in Gf are so happy that they do not leave?
So which is it? Are they resigning or , are they over staffed???
