All true what FlyingOW says. Practically any Airbus A320 is hiring these days, but labor laws limit them to hiring nationals. Otherwise, airlines like COPA have started to contract some ex-pat Captains; of course COPA does not operate A320's, but I imagine there will be a few opportunities. Regardless, if you are looking for desireable coctail of money and conditions, it will probably always be better in the Middle East or Asia.
