Max got all the info's right, a friend of mine who is an SO on the A330, from another airline does pretty bit all the things mentioned and added to that there are times that they were the ones brewing up coffee and the like for the Capt/F.O.... (maybe it's a well concocted mix i suppose... hehehe)
